This location is essentially just a dressed up carryout counter, which is not necessarily a bad thing. At night, the bright white subway tile had caught my longing eyes enough times for me to finally place an order (through Toast) for a few sandwiches. I got the Siciliano and the Brasi panini (when you see panino on the menu, that's the singular word; panini is the plural. Use this knowledge pedantically). Both panini were wonderful, the bread is fantastic and they were each loaded to a quality ratio of fillings to bread (which I amended by adding chips). Parking in this area can be a bit tricky, depending on the time of day, but that is true of all downtown Hinsdale. Just keep your head on a swivel, as everyone is always in a hurry and you've got train commuters dashing here and there.

Brasi’s has been a much needed and welcomed addition to Hinsdale. Pizza by the slice and a great menu! Staff has always been personable and easy to talk to. Very much recommend the grabbing a slice or checking out the rest of their robust menu :)

The Caesar salad is great with a delicious dressing. Thin crust veggie pizza is always good.

We came here on a whim and the pizza was absolutely incredible. We just happened to be passing through Hinsdale and I was craving pizza, and decided on this place. Literally every single ingredient/component of the pizza worked together perfectly. The sauce was delicious and perfectly flavorful, you could tell the ingredients were high quality, the cheese was amazing, and it was legit tavern style thin crust pizza. My mouth is actually watering even thinking about it. When we went to pickup our order, the woman who helped us was super friendly and communicative about the status of our order. Our order was ready on time and accurate. Then inside of the restaurant was super cute, and I like how they do a special slice of the day. I really wish we lived closer, because this would absolutely be a go to pizza place for me. If/when I go back to Hinsdale again for anything, I will 100% be ordering pizza from here. I don’t even want to try any other places in the area. The fact that I liked the pizza so much says a lot. I eat pizza at least once a week. I have my go to pizza places that I love, but I also try new/different places pretty regularly. It’s been several years since I’ve been this impressed by a new pizza place outside of my regulars. I’ve already told several people about it, and I’ll make sure to continue to let everyone know how delicious this pizza is!!
