I can't say enough good things about Brasi's Pizza in Hinsdale. We couldn't find a good pizza place after our local favorite closed several years ago. I recently stumbled upon Brasi's on Yelp and decided to try it last month. We have ordered several times since then. The pizza is amazing. Never any errors - it's always cooked as requested. Thin, well done as requested, and the sauce is amazing! I always order hot giardiniera on half of the pizza and the best part is that they KNOW to strain it well enough so the oil doesn't ruin the pie. I didn't even have to request that. Delivery is always on time and courteous - the gentleman that delivers to us is always super nice and happy to bring us food. We are healthcare workers and appreciate that. Thank you!

Wonderful food. So reasonable in an area where it doesn't have to be reasonably priced. Highly recommend the pizza, but don't sleep on the rest of the menu. Staff really cares about getting it right. It's appreciated.
